Isami Kondo is finally ready for the entrance ceremony of the National Defense Academy. Kondo Isami, a third-year high school student, has good grades but he is forced to decide which path to take because of his family’s financial situation. One day, he learns about the government-affiliated Defence Academy where students are not only exempt from admission fees and school fees, but are given an allowance every month.
