The giveaway is open to all FLIXXE registered users who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of FLIXXE are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
Users are automatically entered into the monthly giveaway based on their activity on the site.
Activity is measured in points earned by completing actions such as logging in, adding content to your watchlist, posting in forums, inviting friends to join the platform, and other site interactions as determined by FLIXXE.
Users can check their current activity points by logging into their account and viewing their profile or by reviewing the weekly digest sent via email.

3. Giveaway Period
Each giveaway period begins at midnight ET on the first day of each month and ends at 11:59 PM ET on the last day of the month.
Winners are drawn within seven (7) days after the end of each giveaway period.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner is randomly selected out of the top five (5) most active users each month.
Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their FLIXXE account within five (5) business days of the draw.
If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, a new winner may be selected.
Users are eligible to win two (2) monthly giveaways per calendar year.
5. Prizes
Monthly giveaway winners will be eligible to win 6 months of subscription fees covered by FLIXXE for ONE of their favorite streaming services (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney, etc.) for a value of no greater than $125 per year, beginning the month following acceptance.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
6. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow FLIXXE to use their first name, last initial, and country/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. General Conditions
FLIXXE reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, manipulation, or violation of these terms.
FLIXXE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
FLIXXE is not responsible for technical failures or any other issues that may prevent participation.
8. Privacy
Personal data collected in connection with the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and in accordance with FLIXXE‘s Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
FLIXXE, its affiliates, and agents are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of any prize.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Delaware. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
