The main idea of the film is to show Western Siberia as a fundamental part of Russia's power and prosperity through the past, present and future. The characters of the film are extraordinary, creative, freedom—loving and purposeful people with a real "Siberian character". The history, traditions and culture of the region, as a "starting point" for the story of today and tomorrow of the Tyumen region, linking epochs, times and generations. The film was created for the 75th anniversary of the Tyumen region.
