Comedian and actor Johnny Vegas goes back to his art school roots and sets out to create a striking public art installation in his hometown of St Helens in Merseyside. However, the project hits a roadblock as Johnny receives a life-changing diagnosis of ADHD, and as the original plan slips away, his art and life begin to merge in unexpected ways.
