In 2040, Ruskosmos opens the Sunset-1 lunar station in order to protect the Earth from a dangerous asteroid. The new structure was headed by the eccentric Irina Tsvetkova, who had no less strange employees under her command: the narrow-minded major Slava, the boorish pilot Sofia, stupid engineers Yurich and Roma and other specialists who did not find a place on their native planet. The usual way of life at the station is being changed by astrophysicist Venera Myshkina, who learns that in fact the team is not saving the world, but illegally extracting helium-3.
