The dancer Dom walks elegantly with his polka-dotted scarf through the streets of downtown Goiânia while the director Benedito Ferreira continues his daily effort to observe and photograph the city. An attempt at a portrait, a brief dialogue, and suddenly the two of them sit in a bar to talk. From this chance encounter, a friendship is born and a plan for a final and grandiose flamenco dance show is born.
