After miraculously surviving the attack, Prof. Dr. İnan Kural, who lost 12 years of his memory, opens his eyes to an entirely different life. He is no longer a doctor; now he is the patient. He has divorced his great love, and his family has fallen apart. He may have climbed to the very top as a doctor, but in this journey, he has broken the hearts of his friends and almost everyone around him. Unable to understand how he turned into such a cold, almost ruthless man, İnan returns to the hospital to rediscover himself in this completely foreign world. Even if he has to start from the very bottom, he is determined to get back on his feet. As the painful secrets of the past and the sins he knows he committed but has forgotten come to light one by one, the greatest supporter in his new life becomes Elif, the young doctor who was once his assistant. However, there is something İnan doesn't know: Elif harbors a much deeper story about him in her heart.

He finds himself in a world that feels completely unfamiliar. The years he lived are far from even being memories for him, and he struggles to recognize even himself. Surrounded by unfamiliar relationships, incomprehensible bonds, and unanswered questions, he is forced to rebuild his life from scratch.
