TV serija Budva na pjenu od mora je novi projekat Milana Karadzica, po scenariju Stevana Koprivice. Radi se o uzbudljivoj drami u cijoj osnovi je sukob dva mentaliteta, dve porodice. Jedna je budvanska, starogradska, a druga niksicka, crnogorska, tranziciona. Lik Sava Bacica, kontroverznog biznismena koji kupuje sve sto mu se svidi po Budvi, gradi solitere i stanove, tumaci Mima Karadzic. Glava druge porodice je Mladen Nelevic, koji igra Budvanina, bivseg milicionera koji ima nesto zemlje van starog grada, ali ne zeli da je prodaje.
