Kandagawa Miwa (Kawaei Rina), a former genius child actor and "harsh-tongued" new manager, has been provisionally hired in the entertainment division 4, a low-level department filled with eccentric people. Her sadistic boss, Saigawa (Yasuda Ken), makes an unreasonable request to put her in charge of Gomi Yoshihiko (Takenaka Naoto), a "manspure man" who looks down on women and talks down to them. If she doesn't succeed in shooting the commercial, she won't be officially hired! But Gomi causes a stir on the set! Will the sharp-tongued manager Miwa's true feelings explode and save the hopeless talents?
