The official Kairat wins the tender for the construction of the hospital. He promises to make a world-class clinic out of it, but it turns out to be just beautiful words, but in fact a corrupt official builds himself a luxurious dacha with taxpayers' money. Soon the financial police will find out about it, and in order not to go to jail, Kairat, on the advice of his lawyer, decides to pretend to be sick and lie in the hospital. Ironically, he finds himself in the very clinic that he shamelessly robbed.
