This cinema discusses the relationship between individual and society in the background of Muslim Community in Malabar area. Maanu is one who cannot identify his belonging anywhere. Umma (mother) and sister charge him with irresponsibility and his Vavachi(grandfather) is the only one who can understand his tormenting situation. He loves the colour and smell of blood and once he comes to witness a murder, he flees because of fear. The film unravels the story about how Maanu is influenced by the characters that he comes across in life, after that incident.
