Ana Gläser trained and sculpted her body to the extreme for years until she achieved a historic and unique feat: becoming a pioneer of female bodybuilding in Portugal. Today, at over 50 years old, with a career full of awards and competitions under her belt and a family to care for, Ana shares her life story as she opens up the intimacy of her home to us. Inês Gil's debut film is a portrait of a woman, but it is also an exploration of bodily autonomy, beauty, femininity, societal mandates, and the consequences of choosing to live against the norm.
