As the film's protagonists say, Saturday is a day of fulfillment, charging up for the upcoming monotonous week. It's a day of relaxation, drinking, and watching the erotic show in the local dance club. The meaning of life boils down to waiting. Waiting and looking for a buddy who can be convinced not to drink and drive his beat-up old car to the party on Saturday. Saturday is magic, the prose of life, and the only goal.
