The documentary film about the academic painter Ester M. Šimerová and her husband, the art photographer Martin Martinček, is based on personal correspondence with the painter's mother. Against the backdrop of tragic events, it shows the life of people who found happiness in absolute misfortune. He re-finds, shows places in the mountainous landscape of Liptov and lets the story of people who were almost forgotten come to life.
